General Manager

Job title: General Manager
Reporting to: Director
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
Contract: 4 days / 28 hrs a week, permanent
Working days: Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm (including one-hour, unpaid break), weekly pattern can be changed. The role includes event supervision so evening and weekend work is required, operating TOIL.
Location: Many Studios, 3 Ross Street, Glasgow, G1 5AR 
Probationary period: Three months 
Notice period: 2 months notice is required by either party. 
Annual leave: 31 days including statutory public holidays (pro rata)

Interview date: Week commencing 15th June
Successful applicant notified: 19th June
Prospective Start Date: 17th July or Sooner

Admin and Communications Coordinator

Job title: Admin and Communications Coordinator
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata
Contract: 2 days / 14 hrs a week, permanent
Working days: Days are flexible and set in collaboration with the General Manager (covering the 1 day that the General Manager (0.8fte) is not in the building. Hours are 9-5pm (including 1 one-hour, unpaid break). The role includes venue hire supervision so evening and weekend work is required, operating TOIL. Paid overtime may be applied at the employers discretion.

Annual leave: 31 days
